Now, I'm very prone to blonde moments but they're easy to brush off. My latest ditzy muckup was to completely neglect to realise that the deadline for the OC tournament I was participating in was /last/ night, not tonight. So here I was ready to submit and I find that the deadline has passed. Oh noes!

Truly, disappointing. Can't blame anyone but myself for that! I feel absolutely terrible for my opponent as they put so much effort into their gorgeous entry. Mine may not have measured up but they deserved to see, dammit! Go visit them and pour love on their art. I will find a way to make it up. (Why am I using plural? Because I don't want to offend by guessing the gender!)

Also annoyed with myself, as it means I put the effort into doing something (An alien concept for me) and it appears it's for nought. I mean...I got a new character out of this, one that's got potential to develop. Hooray for Dru. And it's all practice anyhoo.

My brain's been all over the place recently. What with the insane disorganization of the Uni and all the paperwork and having been househunting (Finally got a place! Whee!) and...ugh. Yeah. The past two weeks have been the most stressed I can say I've ever been. Brilliant timing as usual!

Lesson is; Fate hates you RAWR!
